Final Fall Look
I thought this was going to be my final fall look but today it is below 0. I am so over this bipolar weather. I just want the spring vibes to come on in and stay put.
Ok can we have a transparent moment........ While I am confident in who I am, let's just be honest, no one is confident every single day. No one feels like they are on and poppin each day. No one thinks their waist is snatched, hair is laid, wardrobe is poppin and skin is fleeky every single day of the week. With that being said, I struggled with this new natural look. I didn't feel my prettiest initially and felt the need to be beat to the gawds at all times. I looked in the mirror and thought WTF have I done... LOL If I'm being honest, I never thought I was the natural type. Listen sis, sign me up for a perm, press, wig weave or whatever is going to make me feel glamorous. But this hair has really grown on me. I am so in love with it. So it is going to be around for a while!!!!
This look came out exactly as I had envisioned it in my head which is rare. Sometimes I can go over the top and the try on session becomes a huge WTF moment. Olive and bordeaux are 2 of my favorite colors outside of black. I love them together so this outfit was legit. I will let you in on a little secret.... my duster is actually a dress. This entire look is thrifted minus the hat!!!
