Stuck a Feather in Her Hat.....

Hey loves,

For those of you that have been following my blog for a while, you know that I lost my grandmother a few years back. She was one of the most fashionable women I've ever known and the reason I'm obsessed with hats. This hat was one that was passed to my mother and my mother passed it along to me. I've had it for a few years but I've been kind of afraid to wear it. 1 because I was scared to ruin the feathers (which I did, but nothing a little E6000 couldn't fix) 2. I was unsure how to style it. I received this shirt from one of my fave boutiques Funky Flair. When I tried it on I knew instantly I wanted to do something special with it. I pondered a minute before the light bulb went off and I knew the hat and top would be magic. It's giving me an old Hollywood kind of vibe. My son gave me the side eye and made it clear he wasn't here for my look, but I loved it!!

Check out pics below. ....

Fashion without style is like a pencil with no lead.... There is no point.
