I have been so swamped and overwhelmed that it just dawned on me we were already in the month of Feb and it's Black History month.My plan was to pay homage to a few fab ladies in history all month long. Being that we are already on day 6, I guess I have some making up to do. LOL I have got to get an assistant or intern ASAP. When I came across this picture, I automatically thought of the saying "everything that is new is old" Today we salute Tina Turner and her awesome legs as the woman of color. Her fashion, music and struggle have influenced many.

ReplyDeleteI like the similarities between Tina and Beyonce. What greater entertainer to take style and career lessons from?! Tina Turner has managed to keep her career going longer than most. Plus, Beyonce was never shy about her love of Tina Turner and vice versa Tina Turner has admitted to being a huge fan of Beyonce.
