Kenya Moore of RHWOA Host "Forever Relevant" Costume Gala

Hey lovelies,
On Sunday I attended a costume gala hosted by Kenya Moore the newbie of RHWOA. The event was to pay homage to black iconic women in film. It was a good time and the costumes were hilarious. It was fun to see people out of their element and the normal body con dresses and "red bottoms" To my surprise all the housewives showed up except Kim. I didn't really have a character in mind so I just went with a vintage dress that I've never worn but have had for years. I paired it with black pumps and a facinator. Check out pics below.

My Top 5 Favorite Emmy Looks

Hey dolls,
I was at a gala last night so I didn't get to watch the Emmy's. I never really watch the awards show just the red carpet. From the recaps of the evening, I could see that the fashion God's were smiling down. Here are my top five favorite looks from the evening. Who was your favorite from the evening???

January Jones in Zac Posen Resort 2013 werq!!! This dress is giving me life. I am not a fan of the makeup but the dress is everything.

Julie Bowen in Monique Lhuillier Resort 2013 I love this dress and this is quickly becoming one of my favorite colors. Not a fan of the hair

Edie Falco in Stella McCartney ok I know you are giving me the side eye on this one. But, from the neck down, this dress is everything. From the neck up she looks like she just finished a 5K.

Stye Spotlight: Solange

Lawd Solange killed it at the amFar Milano Gala 2012 this past weekend. A vision in white the songstress graced the carpet in a Rubin Singer gown and Jimmy Choo sandals, gold accessories and a red lippie. I heart this look!!!

Stylish or Style Miss??? Eva Marcille

Eva the Diva as she is most commonly called showed up to a fashion show in L.A. wearing this printed off the shoulder jumpsuit. I adore the jumpsuit but I am not a fan of the way she accessorized it. The turban and clutch killed the look for me. So as much as I love the jumpsuit the look as a whole is a style miss for me. How do you guys feel about this look??? Stylish or Style Miss???

Bedroom Kandi Event

Hey dolls,
Happy Sunday!!!! Hope your weekend is going well. I have been in lazy chill mode all weekend and it it feels great. My last day of school for this semester was Thursday and I plan to fully enjoy this whole week break. On Friday I had the pleasure of attending Kandi's Bedroom Kandi event. If you keep up with the show, you know that Kandi launched her own line of sex toys. This private event was held with the BK consultants and guest panels to talk about empowering women. The panel included a few of the housewives: Cynthia, Phaedra, newbie Kenya and newbie Porsha. The night was full of good laughs and great words of encouragement. See a few pics from the night below.
