New Makeup: Custom Blend

Hey loves,
Many of you don't know this about me but I haven't been wearing make up that long. I was an all natural girl until almost a year ago. When I initially started wearing make up I had one routine and that was using MAC studio tech and blush. THE END!! LOL Fast Forward a year later and I'm addicted to make up. I have spent so much money trying to perfect my look and while I'm still not where I want to be, I'm a lot further along than where I was. Most of my collection is MAC but I was recently introduced to something new. My friend started selling Custom blended Motives make up. She mixed the colors together according to the tones in your skin. After that she adds the extras like sunscreen, moisturizers and pearl for the dewey look. I love it. Happy Memorial Day loves,
As an Air Force Veteran, today means more to me than just a day off. Make sure to thank a military member for their service to this country.

I had a great weekend even though my hubby was away and I missed him dearly. Yesterday I attended a birthday party and later went to a cookout. I had an awesome time at both and although I regret it today I really enjoyed breaking my diet. OMG, I ate ribs and cake and grease and fat. LOL I will be working it off this week. I'm loving the change to my hair, the Senegalese twist are so convenient and easy to maintain. I do have one complaint. OMG they are so heavy, I will have the strongest neck ever when I take them down. I swear it feels like I'm balancing a basketball on my head. LOL I kept my look cute and casual, I thought it was cookout appropriate. Enjoy your day off lovelies, chat later.

This was the first time that I've gone full red matte lip. I always thought I was too dark for it. I looooves it and I must say this MAC Ruby Woo will be in rotation.

Flowers & Stripes & Blue Suede Shoes

Hey love bugs,
Happy Saturday!!! It's Memorial Day Weekend and I am most looking forward to a hot dog off the grill. DON'T JUDGE ME!! Don't get me wrong I love ribs and chicken but every since I was a kid, my favorite barbecued meal is a hot dog. IDK Anywho, I changed up my hair for the summer and went with Senegalese twist. I haven't had any braids for years now and I completely forgot how much pain it is to get them. OMG, I was almost in tears.....oh well beauty is pain right. I had a few errands to run yesterday and this is what I wore. One of my errands was to get my lashes done. While I'm waiting, another customer was looking through the nail polishes and drops one right by my foot. My heart skipped a beat, I just knew my shoes were ruined. Thank goodness the polish was all over my foot but miraculously missed my shoes. God is good! Enjoy the pics my loves.
