Hold My Calls.... Im in a Meeting

So yesterday I had a meeting (that went well by the way) I will have to share the good news with you guys once all the paperwork is taken care of. I took a few quick pics to show you guys what I wore. Being that I'm in the fashion industry, my version of "professional" is somewhat different from those in corporate America. Remember, professional doesn't have to be boring.

Beyonce v.s. Solange: Who Has Better Style??

We all know who the most talented Knowles sister is...... that's a given, although I did really like Solange's c.d. Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams. But, if you put the popularity contest to the side Solange has a killer sense of style that I adore. I know the Beyonce fans are going to disagree but it's my blog and my opinion. LOL I love the way Solange infuses the vintage/old Hollywood glam, rock and bohemian chic into her looks. She isn't afraid to try different looks and walk on the wild side. Don't get me wrong, Bey has a nice sense of style as well, nothing that I would really care to mimic. Although she does have a sick shoe game, I'm so over the body suits and is it just me or with all the money she has why is her hair never quite right. Say what you will but Solange also has better hair than Bey. Yep I said it. Check out the pics below. As the old people say: the proof is in the pudding.

Good Time Girls!!!

I had the pleasure of spending this weekend with two of my favorite girls. One of my friends is in town visiting from San Diego and we did some shopping, pampering and had a lunch date. Later, I caught up with one of my long time friends from high school whom I hadn't seen in a few months. We had a fun night of cocktails and dancing (~~Atlanta~~ Memphis style) "Tear the Club Up" LOL There is nothing better than good ole girlfriend time. Love you ladies!!!

The BIG Upset

Ok, so as many of you know I am a SUPER Kardashian fan. Say what you will about these ladies but you can never deny that they are fabulous. (The votes are still out on Khloe) but Kim and Kourtney are the truth. So imagine my shock and dismay when I realized their clothing line was over priced and underwhelming. **SIGH** For those who don't know, the sisters launched a line of clothing for Sears about a month ago. The line consist of clothes, shoes, handbags, lingerie and accessories. The pieces were of poor quality and made with cheap material. (Something we know none of them wear) I felt like I was in a high priced Max Rave. LOL Below are some pics I snapped while trying not to be obvious. 3 of the 5 of these stripped dresses were damaged. Other items looked cheap and unappealing. Sorry Kim, Khloe and Kourt it pains to me to say it but, your collection gets a thumbs down from me. Oh sorry the pics are a little blurry, I was trying to be discreat so I took them with my phone instead of my camera.

There is no way I would pay $100 for this quality, I don't care whose name is on it

So there you have it... A fashion mishap (Kardashian style)

Neshantastylishshe.com is a blog all about fashion, which I like to refer to as "wearable art". I live and breathe fashion and thought this would be an interesting way to express myself to an audience of people who appreciate fashion as much as I do. After separating from the U.S. Air Force with 10 years of service, I decided to finally do what I love….Fashion!!!
